The Corporate and Securities Litigation group’s clients includes investment banks, provident funds, publicly traded companies, rating agencies, commercial banks and accounting firms.
Recent experience of the Corporate and Securities Litigation group’s scope of work includes class actions concerning errors in company financial reports, shareholder disputes stemming from mergers and acquisitions, class action claims involving the alleged negligent conduct by a provident fund with regard to its investment policy, and a claim against an investment house stemming from an investigation by the Israel Security Authority (ISA). These cases involved a number of substantive issues covering interpretation of corporate law trading disputes, fraud claims and bankruptcy issues.
