In an effort to avoid the expenses and disruptions to business operations often associated with litigation, the Arbitration and ADR group advises clients regarding all aspects of court action and, when appropriate, recommends realistic alternative solutions.
Our Work:
HFN’s Arbitration and ADR group represents clients in general commercial arbitration, and has extensive experience in international arbitration. The group engages in complex international arbitration, including a high-profile case involving the government of Bulgaria.
The group has experience representing clients in the International Court of Arbitration (ICC).
