Representation before the Restrictive Trade Practices (RTP) Commissionerin procedures involving the approvals of mergers, pre-ruling opinions, exemptions for restrictive arrangements and inquiries initiated by the RTP Commissioner

The Antitrust and Competition department is led by Boaz Golan, who prior to joining HFN served for five years as the General Counsel of the Israel Antitrust Authority. In this role, he led numerous antitrust and competition cases, both civil and criminal, was in charge of major legislative amendments and took a leading role in shaping the Authority’s policies.
