Recently, HFN's Hi-Tech department advised leading private equity firm GTCR in its acquisition of Fundtech, a deal which appeared on the New York Times list "The Top of the Class in Deal-Making", which highlighted the "best deals and deal-makers of 2011" from around the world.
The Hi-Tech department advises clients developing cutting edge technologies in every technological space from the traditional to the recently developed.
