Profile:

Mark specialises in advising on infrastructure projects and project financing transactions. He represents concessionaires, bidding groups, Israeli and international banks and financial institutions as well as the public sector in connection with large-scale infrastructure projects, such as toll roads, light rail systems, power plants and desalination facilities.

He recently advised senior lenders on the financing of an extension to the Cross Israel Highway (Section 18), which was awarded the transport Project of the Year award by Project Finance Magazine.

Mark also advises clients in the energy field, with particular emphasis on exploration and production of natural gas, gas sales and transmission. He represents owners and operators of gas assets as well as lenders financing their activities.

Mark is also experienced in advising clients in conection with electricity generation, both from conventional and renewable sources and he has advised on a number of power plant projects.

In addition, Mark has considerable experience in advising on local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions. He represents Israeli and international corporations, private equity funds and strategic investors in M&A, private equity and financing transactions.
