Asher concentrates his practice in three main areas - liquidation and reorganization of companies, trust and estate planning and non-profit entities.
Asher provides advice on a full range of corporate restructuring issues and insolvency proceedings and is frequently appointed as a liquidator for companies involved in complex liquidation proceedings.
Asher also focuses his practice on key aspects of private client work, with particular emphasis on estate planning and management, pre-nuptial agreements, wills, probate and allocation agreements. In addition, he has a pivotal role and depth of expertise in advising on all aspects of the constitution and operation of international trusts, which extends to advising trustees with regard to cross-border operations.
Asher has experience in providing advice to all kinds of non-profit entities registered in Israel and to the full range of entrepreneurs and founders of such entities in Israel, many of them foreign citizens and 501(c)(3) organizations wishing to be active in Israel.
