Alon heads HFN's Hi-Tech department and is a leading member of HFN’s Corporate practice. Alon has represented Israeli and international clients for the past 20 years in a diverse and sophisticated transactional practice, including leading the way in some of the largest transactions completed in Israel. Alon’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity and general corporate law. Alon has extensive experience in structuring and leading cross border transactions, representing both domestic and multinational corporations.

Alon has invaluable experience advising emerging growth companies in all stages of their development. Alon has a deep understanding of how technology companies are formed, financed, grown and taken public or merged. He focuses on providing guidance at all stages, from initial funding through IPOs and mergers with his team by taking a “virtual general counsel” approach - providing company executives and managers with a single point of accountability for all their legal needs. When dealing with emerging growth companies, Alon provides guidance on business model issues and fundraising strategy. He is constantly advising senior management in crisis and strategic decision making situations as well as corporate governance, shareholder affairs and the like.
