HFN advised the Israel Electric Company Ltd. in the preparation of a public offering prospectus and a NIS 3 billion public offering of debentures, secured by a State of Israel guarantee. The public offering, which is one of the largest in Israel's history, is the first public offering of debentures in Israel's history to be secured by a state guarantee.
The preparation of the prospectus and the public offering was led by Ilanit Landesman Yogev, co-head of HFN's Capital Markets and Securities department, and partner Nir Dash.
