Herzog Fox & Neeman’s Administrative Law group specialises in representing clients from a wide variety of sectors with regard to all aspects of governmental and regulatory matters.
Our Work:
The group’s scope of work includes preparing and submitting applications for regulatory permits and approvals, providing ongoing advice in connection with public tenders and advising and representing clients in disputes involving government entities. The Administrative Law group is regularly called on to advise clients in matters involving government authorities such as the Ministries of Defence, Finance, Communications, Health, Transportation, Energy and Water (formerly the Ministry of National Infrastructure),and Trade and Industry (including the Investment Centre and the Office of the Chief Scientist).
Our Team:
Members of Administrative Law group have in-depth knowledge of the complex workings of governmental institutions and are often involved in advising on proposed legislation. HFN’s lawyers participate in the official discussions of various parliamentary (Knesset) committees. Several of team members served in prominent roles in the public sector prior to joining HFN.
