Herzog Fox & Neeman (HFN) is one of Israel’s foremost corporate and commercial law firms. History
The firm was founded in 1972 by three prominent lawyers: the late Chaim Herzog, later to become the sixth President of the State of Israel, Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations, and Member of the Israeli Parliament; the late Michael Fox, known for his corporate work and his legal contributions to the development of the infrastructure, energy and natural resources of Israel; and Dr. Yaakov Neeman, author of numerous books and articles on tax law and respected tax advisor, former Minister of Finance and presently Minister of Justice for the second time.
Size and Structure
The firm currently has over 200 fee earners (making it the largest firm in Israel), divided into over thirty different practice areas (for a full list, see Practice Areas). Each practice area is staffed by leading experts in the field with in-depth knowledge and experience of the legal and practical issues that our clients encounter. The practice areas work closely together in order to ensure that all of our clients' legal needs are met.
Ranking and Recognition
