Ben joined HFN from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, London in September 2014, having spent six years predominantly in the firm’s Corporate Finance team.  In London, Ben specialised in the banking and finance, investment banking, corporate and M&A sectors. Ben's experience included working on numerous cutting-edge complex, multinational, high value and high-profile deals, representing leading global banks and financial institutions, private equity and other investment houses, large international and domestic corporations as well as high-net-worth individuals.

Ben has continued his practice in the corporate finance sector in Israel and regularly represents banks, institutional investors and private equity funds, and large Israeli and multinational corporations, on both the Lender and Borrower side, in bilateral and syndicated lending transactions. Ben has also developed expertise in the field of aircraft financing in Israel (acting for a number of foreign purchasers, lessors and lenders) and generally participates in various cross-border transactions across the finance and corporate sectors.

Ben’s clients in Israel have included Citibank, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, JPMorgan, ING, Bank Leumi, Israel Electric Company, Sanpower, Mellanox and others.
