Profile

Daniel is a member of HFN's Public International Law and Homeland Security Department, which provides guidance on a range of security and international law-related issues. He provides guidance to companies on matters relating to anti-corruption and bribery, national and international compliance and regulatory regimes, including dual-use, encryption, and defence export controls, national and international sanctions laws, and other defence-related legal systems.

Prior to joining HFN, Daniel worked at the Israeli Supreme Court for Justice Elyakim Rubinstein, and in the legal department of the Israeli Ministry of Economy and Industry overseeing issues concerning the law of international trade and the World Trade Organization. His practice focused on anti-dumping, subsidies, and safeguard measures proceedings before the Ministry of Economy and Industry and advising on issues relating to foreign trade.
