Doron Hindin is a member of HFN's Public International Law, Administrative Law and Defense, Aerospace and Homeland Security departments.

Doron regularly counsels both Israeli and foreign entities on a wide array of public international law issues including, inter alia, complex legal matters arising from the Israeli-Arab conflict.

His practice area further includes advising a diverse range of companies, from major industry leaders to developing and mid-level businesses, on various national and international compliance and regulatory regimes. Specifically, Doron has provided guidance to both public and private companies on matters relating to anti-corruption and bribery, defence export control, national and international sanctions laws, encryption-control and other defense related legal systems.

Doron has unique expertise in providing legal advice on these matters to companies engaging in commercial transactions and undergoing corporate restructuring.
