Eyal Bar-Zvi specializes in the fields of transfer pricing,  hi-tech, commercial and corporate law.

Eyal is experienced in advising MNEs on their local and international intercompany transfer pricing and commercial transactions, as well as in advising start-ups from their incorporation stage through the M&A. As part of his practice, Eyal often advises international companies on a wide range of Israeli corporate, tax and commercial matters.

Eyal is an adjunct professor at the Haifa University Faculty of Law, where he teaches a course in Securities Law and a course in Hi-Tech investments. Prior to joining HFN, Eyal was a co-founder of Bar-Zvi & Ben-Dov, a boutique law firm specializing in transfer pricing and hi-tech, and prior to that Eyal worked for five years at Gross, Kleinhendler, Hodak, Halevy, Greenberg & Co., where he worked directly with the firm's founder, Prof. Joseph Gross.

Eyal speaks Hebrew, English and German.

Eyal also studied Mathematics and Information Technology, was a software instructor at Intel (Israel), and was an IT & Gaming industry correspondent for the Time Out magazine and for Captain Internet ("HaAretz" newspaper). In his youth, he was also part of a Commodore 64 hackers group.

Eyal is a member of Transfer Pricing Associates, the world's largest network of independent transfer pricing experts, a member of the Israeli Bar Hi-Tech Committee, and of the Israeli Advanced Technologies Industries Association. Eyal is also a member of the Haifa University Faculty of Law Alumni Board, and of the German-Israel Legal Association. Eyal counsels (pro bono) the Tel Aviv University's Entrepreneurial Center.

Eyal often lectures on the subject to the Israeli CPA association and to the Israeli Bar, and is teaching a course on transfer pricing (as of the next academic year) at the Haifa University (the only transfer pricing course in Israel).
