Advising on personal contracts, binding practices, and general and specific collective bargaining agreements;
Advising on employment law issues in the context of merger, acquisition, or reorganisation transactions;
Guiding and advising clients concerning on-going employment relations, secrecy and non-competition issues, and human resources considerations in the context of mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions;
Representing clients in labour court litigation;
Assisting non-Israeli corporations in the absorption of Israeli employees into their employment and compensation programs, and in the adaptation of the latter to the requirements of Israeli law;
Advising with respect to relocation packages for Israeli and non-Israeli employees, including immigration and personal taxation issues;
Arranging work permits for specialists and executive foreign employees;
Advising clients on a full range of employee benefit plans, including executive compensation programs, stock bonuses, stock options, profit sharing and other incentive programs.
