LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT LAW

Herzog, Fox & Neeman’s labour and employment team offers a full range of legal services to the human resources divisions of international and local companies. HFN’s employment law practice is highly diversified, representing clients from sectors as disparate as multinational financial institutions, the high-tech industry and telecommunications, medical manufacturers, and kibbutz organisations.

An integrated team approach and the global nature of the practice at HFN enable an interdisciplinary strategy that meets all the legal commercial needs of both domestic and multinational clients. Each member of the employment team brings to the transaction extensive knowledge of employment law as well as related practice areas, especially corporate, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and tax.

Advising on personal contracts, binding practices, and general and specific collective bargaining agreements;
