ORLY GERBI
Partner since 2003
Orly Gerbi is one of HFN’s leading specialists
in the area of labour law. Orly’s practice focuses on the representation
of multinational and Israeli companies regarding all aspects of employment
law issues, including employment litigation before Israel’s labour
tribunals.
Orly advises corporate clients on the full range of employee benefit plans,
including executive compensation programs, profit sharing and other incentive
programs, and guides clients with respect to on-going employment relations
and human resources considerations. In particular, Orly provides legal
counsel on matters involving employment law issues within the context
of merger and acquisition transactions.
