Liat Shaked-Katz has a diversified practice with special emphasis on labour and employment law and general corporate advice to the firm’s clients.

Liat provides legal counsel on all aspects of labour and employment law and frequently advises on labour issues arising in connection with the firm’s transactional work. Liat also advises on matters involving on-going employment relations, such as hiring, termination of employment, confidentiality, and noncompetition issues, and assists non-Israeli clients to adapt their employment and labor policies, including their benefit plans, to the requirements of Israeli law.

In addition, Liat provides general corporate advice to clients on all aspects of their day-to-day business activities, in particular regarding commercial agreements. Liat has also advised multinational corporations on encryption within the framework of Israeli law.

Liat’s litigation experience is varied, with a special focus on estates and trusts disputes and bankrupcy.
