Our Practice

Herzog Fox & Neeman (HFN) is the law firm of choice for leading multinational corporations doing business in Israel. The firm serves as a one-stop-shop for all legal matters involving business activity in Israel.

The firm has extensive experience representing major global companies, including leading Korean conglomerates, in a variety of areas including IT, telecommunications, big data, AI, VR, IoT, e-Commerce, fintech, cryptocurrency, cybersecurity, healthcare, gas and energy, transportation and infrastructure, and more.

The firm was founded over 45 years ago by three prominent lawyers: the late Chaim Herzog, later the sixth President of the State of Israel, Israeli Ambassador to the United Nations, and Member of the Israeli Parliament; the late Michael Fox, British-born corporate lawyer noted for his legal contributions to Israeli infrastructure,
energy and natural resources; and the late Prof. Yaakov Neeman, former Minister of Finance and Minister of Justice of the State of Israel.

With a diverse staff of over 330 lawyers, of whom more than 60 were raised or have worked abroad, HFN is attuned to the opportunities and challenges of engaging in cross-border and cross-cultural business matters. We pride ourselves on a unique ability to provide the highest level of legal service in both mainstream areas of legal activity as well as numerous specialist practice areas (including hi-tech, cyber security, homeland security, crisis management, transfer pricing, customs and international trade, and more).

Recognising that Korea is unique in both its business and cultural environment, HFN takes a customised approach to legal matters by combining its extensive and proven international expertise with top local talent.
