In this capacity, our firm represents clients before various planning institutions (local committees, district committees and the national committee), planning and construction appeal committees and courts.
Our firm also specializes in handling legal actions related to infringement of real estate rights, including compensation for expropriation, revocation of expropriations and claims pursuant to Section 197 of the Planning and Construction Law.
