2 HFN Partners Included in Guide to the World's Leading Women in Business Law

HFN partners Orly Gerbi and Esther Sternbach were once again included in Euromoney'sGuide to the World's Leading Women in Business Law.

According to Euromoney, the guide is designed primarily for individuals who require access to pre-eminent practitioners in specific areas of law for the purpose of instruction on an international basis.

Orly Gerbi serves as head of HFN's Labour and Employment Law department while EstherSternbach is head of the Telecommunications and Media department.

HFN Continues to Lead the Israeli Market in 2013 IFLR Rankings

IFLR1000, the guide to the world's leading financial law firms, has published its 2013 edition. HFN remains in the top band of Israeli firms for all categories for another year (Capital Markets, Banking, M&A and Project Finance). Moreover, HFN is the only Israeli firm to appear in the first tier in each category.

IFLR1000 has recognised HFN's market leadership by saying: "Herzog Fox & Neeman (HFN) is known for its wide practice across all areas and receives glowing reviews from both peers and clients."

HFN Named Who's Who Legal Law Firm of the Year for 8th Consecutive Year

Who’s Who Legal has once again named Herzog Fox & Neeman as the leading firm in Israel in its annual awards. The firm was named Israel Law Firm of the Year 2013, the eighth consecutive occasion that it has gained this recognition. HFN's partners were listed 10 times across eight practice areas in the publication.

Who’s Who Legal lists only the leading lawyers in each field, based exclusively on the findings of an independent six-month research process that encompasses feedback from private practitioners, clients and other experts in the sector.

HFN Named Best Banking and Finance Firm in Israel

HFN has been named the "Best Banking and Finance Firm" in the 2013 World Finance Legal Awards. In addition, Alan Sacks, head of HFN's M&A and Banking & Finance departments, was named the "Best Lawyer in Israel".

The World Finance Legal Awards identify industry leaders, individuals, teams and organisations that represent the benchmark of achievement and best practice in the financial and business world.

HFN's Licensing Department and Department Head Maya Racine Netser Recommended By IAM250 and IAM 1000

HFN's Licensing department was recommended as a leading licensing practice by Intellectual Asset Management IAM250 and IAM1000 in the yearly rankings.

HFN was recognised as taking a '“highly commercial” approach to licensing issues arising from firm-wide corporate activities and its work has a distinct international flavour: “the quality of the team is superb, with great deal-making skills backed up by deep knowledge.”'

In addition, Licensing department head Maya Racine Netser was again named as a leading licensing practitioner in both publications and recognised as a “top-of-the-line, efficient attorney”.
