IAM1000 Names Maya Racine Netser as a Leading Licensing Practitioner

In its inaugural edition, the IAM1000 guide to "The World's Leading Patent Practitioners 2012" has recognised HFN partner Maya Racine Netser as a leading practitioner in patent licensing. According to the guide, Maya "is rated for her innovative approach when formulating cross-border agreements and strategies, and has significant experience working within pharmaceuticals, electronics and clean-tech."

HFN Recognised as a Leader in Gender Equality in the Workplace

Dun & Bradstreet and WePower, a women's advancement organisation in Israel, have recognised HFN as a leading law firm for gender equality following a study of more than 450 companies, law firms and accounting firms in Israel. The study, which was the first of its kind in Israel, evaluated the percentage of high-ranking female employees within the workplace.

With 20 female partners and 65 female associates, HFN is proud to be recognised as leading the way in gender equality in the workplace.

Orly Gerbi, head of HFN's Labour and Employment Law department, accepted the award on HFN's behalf.

HFN's Licensing Department and Department Head Maya Racine Netser Recommended By IAM250 and IAM 1000

HFN's Licensing department was recommended as a leading licensing practice by Intellectual Asset Management IAM250 and IAM1000 in the yearly rankings.

HFN was recognised as taking a '“highly commercial” approach to licensing issues arising from firm-wide corporate activities and its work has a distinct international flavour: “the quality of the team is superb, with great deal-making skills backed up by deep knowledge.”'

In addition, Maya Racine Netser was again named as a leading licensing practitioner in both publications and recognised as a “top-of-the-line, efficient attorney”.

PLC Which Lawyer? Ranks HFN as a Leading Law Firm in Corporate Crime, Fraud and Investigations

PLC Which Lawyer? has ranked HFN as a Recommended firm in the area of Corporate Crime, Fraud and Investigations, the highest possible ranking in this category. 2012 was the first year PLC introduced this category in Israel.
