HFN and Mintz Levin to Host Morning Seminar: Leveraging PR & Social Media to Successfully Penetrate the U.S. Market

This morning briefing is designed to help Israeli technology companies understand and take advantage of public relations and social media to successfully penetrate the North American marketplace. Attendees will hear from public relations and social media experts, and from Israeli technology companies and venture capital investors on how their companies can influence measurable business results – including driving revenue and valuation growth, attracting new funding sources, and achieving successful exit events by properly leveraging the persuasive power of public relations and social media.

The briefing will also reveal some of the litigation opportunities and pitfalls when using social media in the American market. Examples include questions of legal ownership of your company’s social media accounts like Twitter and LinkedIn, discussed through examples of current case law pending before the U.S. courts. The briefing will also include a discussion about registration of databases and their uses.
