HFN Represents in Lengthy Dispute Over Max Brod's Estate Containing Franz Kafka's Writings

In a Judgment rendered by the Tel Aviv District Family Court, after a legal battle that lasted four years, it was held that the literary works and estate of the late author Max Brod, which also includes the writings of his friend, the famous writer Franz Kafka, will be given to the National Library in Jerusalem.

The Court appointed HFN partner Ehud Sol as the executor of the estate of the late Max Brod, and after a lengthy legal battle, fully accepted Ehud Sol's position.

Ehud Sol, who also serves as head of HFN's Capital Markets and Securities department, was represented by Litigation and Dispute Resolution partners Joseph Ashkenazi and Ofir Segev, and Yana Slotsnik.
